Getting startedWhat can I use in this version?+
You can explore the KindDate approach, try the intention and conversation exercises, and use Aria in the current browser tab. Profiles, matching, subscriptions, and saved accounts are not active in this public preview.

That message means KindDate could not connect the request to its server-side AI provider. It is not a simulated reply. Your message remains visible in the tab so you can try again or begin a new chat.
Return to the conversationAriaWhat is Call Aria, and how is it different from the text chat?+
Call Aria is a spoken practice session: you talk out loud and Aria replies with a live talking avatar, so you can rehearse a real date—openers, nerves, the awkward pause—before it happens. It is the same coach as the text chat, just out loud. Aria is always identified as AI, never a real person, and she never speaks for you during an actual date.

The live voice call works best on desktop Chrome today. On other browsers or on mobile, if the voice or avatar can’t start, KindDate points you to the text chat rather than a broken call—so you can always keep practicing.

Voice depends on the browser’s speech-recognition support and microphone permission. If either is unavailable, keep typing—the text conversation remains fully usable.
PrivacyIs my Aria conversation saved to an account?+
No. This preview has no saved-chat library or cross-device memory. The conversation is shared only within the current tab and clears when the tab is refreshed or closed, or when you choose New chat.
PrivacyWhat happens when I press Send?+
The current-tab conversation goes to KindDate’s server and, when live AI is enabled, its configured AI provider so a reply can be produced. Stop can end the browser request, but provider processing or retention may already have begun.

No. Aria does not know the other person or the full situation. It cannot verify a profile, diagnose intent, score compatibility, or make a relationship decision. It can help you name what you observed and form a clearer question.

No. KindDate and Aria are not emergency services. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact the emergency service where you are and reach a trusted person who can be physically present.

You do not need an account for this preview, and account creation, subscriptions, stored profiles, and saved history are not active. KindDate will not pretend that an account action succeeded before those systems are ready.

KindDate is still a preview. A staffed contact path, response expectations, and escalation process will be published before the product asks people to rely on them. Until then, use these help pages for product guidance—and use local emergency or specialist services, not KindDate, when safety is urgent.
